I called the surgery this morning and spoke to a lovely lady who returned my call after requesting a callback.
The same day appointment was agreed and I saw a doctor who was a joy to see. She was cheerful, polite, understanding and very professional.
She offered me some medication and I got the prescription from a local pharmacy within the hour, very happy patient!
