The practice GP has been exceptionally helpful regarding an ongoing medication problem. He has listened to everything I've said and has, at every stage, given clear and useful advice. He has provided follow-up appointments, to ensure that the problem is looked at stage by stage. He has been thorough, courteous and conscientious throughout.
