Patient feedback: what's the big picture?

Sometimes people ask us: so what is everyone saying? Can't you just summarise it all? Don't bother me with all these stories - just give me the big picture.

The top 5 to me look like: Hospital, Staff, Ward, Told, Time?

James try with IBM "many eyes", you can make a 2-words cloud as well, sometimes is more meaningful

@Justin: Yes, I think so. It will be interesting to compare acute hospital care (most of our postings to date) with the postings we are now receiving from mental health services users. And it would also be interesting to compare Patient Opinion's postings with those coming in through NHS Choices... (adds note to "to do" list).

@David: great idea - I'll give it a try. I also just found a really interesting summary of text visualisation tools at:
